Just Push Print is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with all the pertinent details within 24 hours of receiving your order at (866) 380-6028. Our Customer Care department will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations. This guarantee is strictly limited to defects in printing and does not include errors that originate with the customer’s file. Just Push Print is not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document files sent to us. To avoid such errors, be sure to carefully review your PDF proof before submitting the file to us for printing.
As a term of condition for ordering printing from Just Push Print, if you do not contact us to register a defect claim within 24 hours of the receipt date of your job, then you agree that the job is acceptable and that you will make no future claims. As an additional condition of doing business with us, you agree to not hold Just Push Print financially liable for any loss or claim other than the refund of your payment or the reprinting of your job. Furthermore, you also assume all liability associated with the printing of your job, including any claims which may arise from third parties including, but not limited to, plagiarism and copyright infringement.
