General

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is your website secure?

Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times.

Do you charge taxes on the orders?

Just Push Print is located in North Carolina and must collect taxes for all orders shipped to locations within the state. If you are a tax exempt organization, please fax your exemption certificate to (336) 274-0139.

Do you share or sell my contact information?

No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered.

How do I make changes to or cancel an order?

Once you have provided a PDF via our website and entered your order, it is considered to be in production.

If I am already a registered user, how do I change addresses and other information?

You can log on to your account and perform any changes necessary to your account information. Once you save them, they will be effective immediately.

Product/Printing

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?

No. Unlike many other companies, all our prices include full bleeds free of charge.

How do I order multiple pieces?

To keep things simple, please place a separate order for each different printed piece you want produced. For example, if you want 3 different 11x17 brochures, please place 3 orders. Obviously, the price for 3,000 of one brochure is not the same as the price for 1,000 each of 3 different brochures.

How do I reorder?

Simply sign into your account and select the reorder link on the Account Summary page. Your reorder will be for the same file and product. You can specify the quantity and shipping method.

Can you give me direction on how to design products for printing?

Sure. Look at our Design Tips for a variety of design suggestions.

Turnaround

What is your turnaround time?

Once you have placed your order, we will print and ship it within 72 hours, with the exception of Booklets. Due to the complexity of printing Booklets, we will print and ship Booklets within 5 days. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Does the turnaround time include shipping time?

No. Shipping time is subsequent to turnaround time. The shipping time is determined by you or your customer, and your preferred shipping method, whether that be overnight, 2 day, 3 day or standard ground.

How much do you charge for shipping/handling?

We ship via UPS and shipping costs vary on a product-by-product basis. The shipping calculator on our product pages will provide you with up-to-the-minute shipping estimates for each product.
